Article 1: Purpose
These Terms of Use are intended to define the terms, procedures, and other related matters for using the services provided by ABIJU Clinic through its website ().
Article 2: Effect and Changes of Terms
(1) These terms become effective once posted on the service screen or announced by other means to users.
(2) ABIJU Clinic may change the terms due to important business reasons, and the revised terms will become effective by the same method.
Article 3: Matters Not Covered by the Terms
Matters not specified in these terms and interpretations of these terms shall be governed by relevant laws or customary practices.
Article 1: Member
A member refers to an individual who has entered their information on the site operated by ABIJU Clinic and completed registration, and is deemed appropriate by ABIJU Clinic as a member of the site ().
(1) Membership is established through a membership application and agreement to the terms of ABIJU Clinic.
(2) Those who wish to register and use services must provide personal information requested by ABIJU Clinic.
(3) When ABIJU Clinic accepts the application, the following items will be notified to the user:
① User ID
② Start date of service use
③ Other necessary information recognized by ABIJU Clinic
Article 2: Registration Procedure
Users who wish to register as members on the ABIJU Clinic website must apply for new membership on the homepage.
Article 3: Suspension of Membership
ABIJU Clinic may suspend membership without separate notice for the following reasons:
① If the application was made using someone else’s name
② If the application form contains false information
③ If the terms are violated
④ If actions harmful to site operations are conducted online or offline
Article 4: Use of Services

In principle, services are available 24/7 unless there are special technical or business issues.
- (2)

Exceptions may occur due to regular maintenance and other necessary times defined by ABIJU Clinic.
- (3)
- A user ID is automatically issued upon registration and used for user management, including email. ID changes are restricted unless there is a clear reason.
Article 1: Obligations of ABIJU Clinic

ABIJU Clinic must allow users to access services immediately upon application, unless there are special circumstances.
- (2)

ABIJU Clinic must continuously and stably provide services to users.
- (3)

ABIJU Clinic must maintain its facilities in operational condition and promptly repair any issues.
- (4)

ABIJU Clinic must promptly handle valid complaints or suggestions from users. If immediate action is not possible, the reason and schedule must be communicated.
Article 2: Obligations of Users

Users must provide truthful and real-name information during registration and updates.
- (2)

Members must follow these terms and all policies, notices, and applicable laws defined by ABIJU Clinic.
- (3)

Members must notify ABIJU Clinic of any changes in personal information.
- (4)

Except as provided by law or ABIJU Clinic’s privacy policy, users are responsible for managing their password and any consequences of misuse.

Members may not engage in business using the service without prior consent from ABIJU Clinic.
- (6)

Members may not transfer or gift service rights or contract status to others.
- (7)

Members must not infringe on the intellectual property rights of ABIJU Clinic or third parties.
Chapter 4: Termination and Restriction of Services
Article 1: Changes to Personal Info and Withdrawal
(1) Users must update their personal info themselves online, and request withdrawal using the specified form.
(2) All personal info will be deleted upon membership withdrawal.
Article 2: Service Restriction
ABIJU Clinic may suspend or terminate service use without notice if a user:
(1) Engages in criminal behavior
(2) Violates public order or customs
(3) Harms national or public interest
(4) Uses another’s ID/password
(5) Defames or harms others
(6) Registers multiple accounts under the same name
(7) Disrupts service usage
(8) Violates any laws or these terms
Article 3: Lifting of Restrictions
(1) ABIJU Clinic will notify the user or representative of the reason, date, and duration of suspension unless it is an emergency.
(2) Users may file an objection against the restriction notice.
(3) During the verification period, service restriction may be postponed, and users will be notified of the result.
(4) If the cause for restriction is resolved, service suspension will be lifted immediately.
Article 4: Deletion of Public Posts
ABIJU Clinic may delete user posts without prior notice if they:

Harm ABIJU’s commercial interests

Defame or slander others
- (3)

Violate public order or customs

Are linked to criminal behavior

Infringe third-party rights

Violate laws or ABIJU’s policies
Article 5: Provision of Information
ABIJU Clinic may provide users with information deemed necessary via email or postal mail.
Chapter 5: Amendment of Terms
ABIJU Clinic may amend these terms within the scope not violating related laws such as the Act on Regulation of Terms, Electronic Commerce Act, etc. Any amendments will be notified 7 days in advance.
Chapter 6: Miscellaneous
Article 1: Relation with Linked Sites
(1) ABIJU Clinic is not liable for goods or services handled by linked sites.
(2) Linked sites operate independently and ABIJU Clinic is not responsible for transactions between users and those sites.
Article 2: Copyright and Use Restrictions
(1) Users may not reproduce, transmit, publish, or use service content for profit or provide it to third parties without prior consent.
Article 3: Disclaimers
① ABIJU Clinic is not liable for service interruptions due to force majeure.
② ABIJU Clinic is not liable for user-caused service issues.
③ ABIJU Clinic is not responsible for loss of expected profits or damages from service data.
④ ABIJU Clinic is not responsible for the credibility or accuracy of user-submitted content.
Article 4: Jurisdiction
Disputes related to these terms may be brought to the Seoul District Court.
Appendix
These terms apply from July 12, 2016, and replace previous terms.
